Muscovites and Malays

And so. It was.

The Red Square dazzled as I stood there, staring at the domes. Because of the busy summer events all strung out and set up along the square, it left me without a good place to stand for a photo. But, just behind me, shaped like onions, stood the colored, Alice in Wonderland circus-like aura of Saint Basil's Cathedral.

I had been to Moscow before, but it was nice to visit again. I stood there gazing up into the clouds, wondering about the existence of humanity and time itself. And ice cream.

Another place, somewhere far, far away over many seas, is the city of Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. There are twin skyscrapers in the heart of downtown, called the Petronas Towers.

Designed by the architect Cesar Pelli from Argentina, these two were the tallest buildings in the world from 1998 until 2004. The Taipei 101 building in Taiwan surpassed them, followed in 2010 by the unbeatable Burj Khalifa in Dubai. But they are still the tallest twins in the world today!

And just on the other side of the park lies the KLCC Aquarium. It's a must visit oceanarium, with 5,000 animals from the land and sea, 250 different species of which. The focus of your visit is to be transported on a journey from the earth to the ocean and all that lies in between. Don't forget the beautiful tropical fish with stripes and speckles.

And another beautiful day, beautifully executed.
