Dear Santa

Dear Santa: Well hello Mr. Claus. I do hope this finds you well, all nice and nestled under your Christmas tree, playing with your little elves. How is Mrs. Claus? Doing well I hope? I would like to ask you a favour. Well it's not really a favour now is it, seeing as it's your job to bring cheer to everyone young and old, far and wide. But to be fair it is Christmas, and I'm sitting on your knee all nice and snug asking for presents and things like an ungrateful little six year old. Can you make my Christmas Day a wonderful one please? Can you make it on the Caribbean coast in Cartagena, at the Hilton Hotel with my friends, sitting basking in the sun all day like a celebrity? I would like some expensive wine and a fresh seafood dinner at night if you please. Yes yes, make it lovely, walking along the Cartagena wall once again, the Christmas lights a shimmering delight. Make it dreamy, the nightlife something I will never forget, people from far and wide booking up the entire city making it hard to even find a place. Brilliant. P.S. Can you say hi to my Mom and Dad for me? I know I'm a long long way from home but if you could just explain to them that I love them and I hope they have a wonderful white Christmas filled with eggnog and gifts, stockings full of chocolates, money. A lovely day out sledding is in order as well I think. Well I know this letter may be short, but I do hope it gets to you in time for the holiday season. Have an excellent Christmas dear Santa, hope you deliver all your gifts in time, save some cookies and milk for me. Merry Christmas to all, and to all a goodnight. Bailey Sue
